No. You have to confirm the final artwork with your customer before uploading it to us for printing.
What file format should I use to save my artwork?
For all our products, we accept the artwork in:

How do I send my artwork?
You have to upload your file to us after you have login to our ePrinting System.
Can I change my design after submitting it?
YES. You can change your design by cancelling your order after you have submitted your artwork before 5.00 pm. on the same day and before printing in process.
Call our Customer Service at +6014 216 3377 or "QUERY" on the order to cancel your order.
Then, place your new order accordingly. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting it for printing.
Will the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
NO. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
Can I use YellowPrint.my to print anything I want?
Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. YellowPrint will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. YellowPrint will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.
Who can be a Yellowprint.my Authorised DEALER?
All Malaysians who are 18 years old and above are eligible to become our Authorised Dealer. Employees of Yellowprint.my., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers are not eligible.
Why join as Yellowprint.my Authorised DEALER?
Being Yellowprint.my Authorised Dealer allows you to resell our product to your customers at a more competitive price and at the same time enjoy a higher profit margin.
How much profit can I make?
As our Authorised Dealer, you are guaranteed a lower pricing for all the products. It means higher profit margin to you. Of course the more you sell, the more you earn.
How do I join as Yellowprint.my Authorised Dealer?
There are 2 ways to join as our Authorised Dealer:
Visit our official Yellowprint.my website at www.yellowprint.my to sign up as our Authorised Dealer online.
Visit our sales office to join as our Authorised Dealer.
Then, pay only cash advance of RM100 (West Malaysia & East Malaysia). No sign up fee is required. Upon confirmation of your particulars and payment to us, we will send you your Login ID and password. Only then will you be an official Yellowprint.my Dealer.
Can I withdraw my membership?
Yes, please write to our customer service, clearly stating your IC Number and Username to process your withdrawal. Withdrawals are only applicable for balance amount of RM10 and above. Once your withdrawal is approved, we will issue you a cheque 14 days from the date of approval.
Is there a validity period for my paid credits?
There is no expiration date for all paid credits, however if your account has not been active (made product purchases) over a period of 1 year, an administrative charge of RM50 will be applied per year. Where is your Sales Office?

Can I collect my orders personally from your office?
Yes. You can collect your order after the production has been completed. please decide before placing the order. If you change your mind, one additional working day will be required for arrangement.
Can you send the orders to my customers?
No. We only deliver to our Dealers' doorstep. This is to allow you the option of repacking the goods before delivering it personally to your customers.
Does Yellowprint.my guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our Dealers, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
What should I do if I don't receive my orders on time?
Please file an order complaint (complain order) and tell us the problem and we'll try to solve it as soon as possible.
What should I do if there's a mix up in my order and I receive another Dealer's goods?

Which Product I need to pay delivery fee?
We provide free delivery charge, only for West Malaysia only *exclude (STANDEE/DISPLAY SYSTEM) and (INJECT PRINTING 4 printing type "Solvent 720dpi", "ECO-Solvent 1440dpi", "HP Dyebase 1200dpi" and "UV Print 1400dpi").
For the INJECT PRINTING 4 printing type, if you purchase more than RM100 is free delivery fee charge, else below RM100 is charge RM15 for delivery fee.

Why Offset Printing Receipt Book cannot combine with other product to delivery?
Because Offset Printing Receipt Book need to take more time to do printing process, if combine other product delivery it will delay.
How do I activate my ePrinting accounts?
In order to activate your account, you need to pay a cash advance of RM100 (West Malaysia & East Malaysia) to yellowprint.my. We are practicing prepaid system. The cash advance will be credited into your ePrinting account and all your orders will be debited accordingly. Fax or email the copy of your bank-in slip and sign-up confirmation printout to us if you're paying by cash or cheque through our bank. Upon receiving your bank-in slip and sign-up confirmation printout, we will notify you by email that your account has been activated.
How long does yellowprint.my take to reload my account?
Upon receiving your bank-in slip, your account will be reloaded within 15 - 20 minutes (working hour).
How do I login to my ePrinting accounts?
You have to login to our ePrinting Solution using the Dealer ID and password given by yellowprint.my. You are encouraged to change your password after first login.
How secure is my account?
Your online transactions are done via a protected server. We routinely check and update our security perimeters to ensure all information and data stored on our server are not compromised.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Call our Customer Service at +6014 216 3377 or "Forgotten Password" to to reset your password.
Can I have more than 1 account?
Yes. By default, Yellowprint will create account for all Dealers. The account has the full access of all the features in ePrinting Solution.
How do I terminate my account or How can I withdraw from this Program?
If you wish to cancel your account, please send in your application via Ycare of yellowprint.my ePrinting Solution.
Is the balance in my account refundable upon termination of my account?
Yes. All balance in your Dealer Online Account is refundable. We will send you a cheque by courier. RM 10 for west Malaysia or RM 20 for east Malaysia processing fee will be charged to your account.
What happens if my account is inactive for a period of time?
Your account balance will not be forfeited if your account is inactive for a period of time.
How do I place my order?
All orders can be made online through our website. Before placing your order, you must join us as our Authorised Dealer. Upon completing the sign up procedure, you will be given account login info to access to our ePrinting Solution.
How do I confirm my order?
You are required to select all the necessary information of your order, including attaching your artwork, selecting the material type, printing requirements and finally, click on the "Submit" button to send the order to us.

Can I cancel or change my order?
YES. You can cancel or change your design by cancelling your order after you have submitted your artwork before 5.00 pm. on the same day and before printing in process.

If your order has been cancelled, then place your new order accordingly. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting it for printing.
How can I keep track of my orders and my account balance?
You can login to your ePrinting accounts to check your order status, history and account balance.
What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please file an order complaint (complain order) within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order. Please include picture of photo to specify your reason for dissatisfaction.
Our Customer Service department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only reprint any product that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, yellowprint.my does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling.

How do I pay for my order?
YellowPrint is practicing prepaid system. In order to join as YellowPrint Authorised Dealer, you need to deposit at least RM100 into your ePrinting account as your cash advance to begin with.
Each time you make an order, the payment for it will be deducted from the cash advance in your ePrinting account. Therefore you must have sufficient funds in your account to pay for your order. You may top-up/reload your account anytime.
How do I reload my ePrinting account?
For Cash Deposit, 3rd Party Funds Transfer or cheque, please bank in or make cheque payable to New Design and printing sdn bhd:

What is the recommended amount to reload into My YellowPrint.my Account?
There is no minimum reload amount. Extra charges for banking fees (if required) is to be borne by the Dealer.
What is the purpose of cash advance?
Cash Advance serves as advance payment for your future orders. Each time you make an order, payment for it will be deducted from the cash advance in your account. You can reload your account whenever necessary.
Will I get an official receipt for my reload?
You will be issued a receipt for every payment you make.
Will I get any invoice for my order? And how will I get it?
You will be issued an invoice for orders that are sent on a same day. It will be sent to you along with your goods. You can also track your order and print your monthly statement by accessing your using your main account after you have login to ePrinting Solution.
Will Yellowprint.my invoice my customers?
Yellowprint.my only deals directly with Dealers. As such, we will only issue invoices to you and not to your customers.
How do I report a billing error to Yellowprint.my?
Compose a Ycare message in order to report the error. Describe the problem to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the printing process?
We use four colors (CMYK) offset, solvent, ecosolvent for all of our products. UV is 8 colour (CMYK Lc Lm White) and Dyebase is (CMYK Lc Lm). This enables unlimited color combinations and optimum print quality.
Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?
No. You have to keep to our printing specifications for our standard YellowPrint products. This is to ensure the quality consistency of our products and to keep your cost down.
For special print requests, you have to request it for a special quotation.
